Blackfoot is not only the host town for the state mental facility, it's also the proud sponsor of the Eastern Idaho State Fair, a main contributor to the inmates previously mentioned.Part of the hype of the EISF is the kick off day parade, where the most creative and dedicated float that best represents the theme of the year wins $500!
The Indians had a pretty cool float, they took first place......
and the Chambers float took 2nd. I think they won $300
We got a great spot that wasn't overly congested! Ofcourse by the time most of the floats made it to us they had no energy left in them.
Film found the green guys so enticing she couldn't resist a photo with them. I'm not sure she understood they were just in costumes.
And here we have cousin Bracken Gittins and his posse. They are the IMPRA BULL FIGHTERS OF THE YEAR!
