"Nurse Maid Elbow" is apparently a common thing amongst small children. The tendon in the elbow is sorta floating there and a wrong turn or fall can cause the tendon to slip over the bone and cause the arm to fall asleep and not be able to move, causing some fairly intense pain, aka: popping the arm out of place. I was reassured that she will out grow this problem by the age of 5. The worst part is that although it only takes the Dr. 10 seconds to fix the problem she has to reamin in pain for a couple of hours while we are sitting in the waiting room.
Oh I'm so sorry, that has to be hard to see her in pain and not be able to do anything until the Dr. can fix it. I'm so sorry.. She sure is a cute little girl.. I check out your blog quite often.. Thanks for the pictures and updates on the kids..
